Beet Boost
Beetroot, carrot, celery, ginger, lemon. Stamina and blood pressure support.

Why this combination
Two independent BP-lowering pathways. Beetroot nitrates convert to nitric oxide (4–5 mmHg reduction). Celery’s 3nB relaxes arterial smooth muscle (4–8 mmHg reduction). Carrot adds natural sweetness and beta-carotene. Together: additive BP support without medication side effects.
60–90 minutes before exercise for peak nitric oxide. Empty stomach in the morning for BP management. Do NOT use antibacterial mouthwash before drinking.
“Earthy-sweet from beetroot and carrot, mild celery green note, ginger warmth, lemon brightness. The most approachable recipe for newcomers.”
