Nothing hidden
Every ingredient. Every supplier. Every cost. Published monthly — not because we have to, but because we think you should know.
We don't say “trust us.” We say “here is everything — judge for yourself.”
Trust is the scarcest resource in Indian food. Every brand says “pure” and “natural” — nobody proves it. This page is our attempt at the opposite: not a marketing campaign, but a permanent operating principle we can't turn off when it's inconvenient.

- 01
Every recipe, in full
Exact ingredients, their roles, the order we press them in. Published on this site under Recipes. If you'd rather make it yourself than subscribe, we'd actively prefer that to you drinking a pasteurised alternative. Our moat isn't a recipe — it's the operational work of getting it to your door fresh, every morning.
- 02
Every cost, per bottle
Produce, packaging, kitchen labour, delivery, and margin — line by line. Published quarterly in our unit-economics doc. You should be able to see exactly where your ₹125 goes. No 'proprietary' anything.
- 03
Every ingredient's source
Not just 'local' or 'organic'. The actual market, the actual vendor, the typical distance in kilometres, restocking frequency, and how we verify quality. Listed on each ingredient page.
- 04
Every batch, logged
Batch code, pressing time, QC pass/fail, rejection reason if any. A ledger that grows every day. If a batch is late or rejected, that's recorded too — not hidden.
- 05
Every employee paid fairly
Once we grow beyond a one-kitchen operation, salaries are published. Same model as Buffer: everyone sees the formula and what everyone earns. You should know the people who made your morning bottle are paid what they deserve.

From source to bottle — nothing between.

Every step documented. Every day.
Ours lasts 48 hours because it's alive. Theirs lasts six months because it's dead.
Every other beverage brand treats shelf life as a problem to be solved through chemistry. Longer is better. Six months is good. Two years is great. The goal is to defeat time. We treat shelf life differently: it's not a failure, it's a warranty. A bottle labelled “Pressed 04:17, consume by tomorrow” is evidence — visible, concrete, testable — that nothing was added to make it survive longer than it naturally would.
| Time after pressing | Nutrient retention |
|---|---|
| 0–6 hours | 95–100% |
| 6–12 hours | 85–95% |
| 12–24 hours | 75–85% |
| 24–48 hours | 60–75% |
| Beyond 48 hours | Below 60% |
- Cold-pressed drinks (green/vegetable)
- 24–48 hours
- Cold-pressed drinks (citrus-heavy)

- Turmeric / ginger functional shots
- 48–72 hours
- Live fermented shots (kanji, amla, ACV)
- 5–7 days
- Dehydrated pulp (room temperature)
- 6–12 months
Every bottle carries its pressing timestamp on the label. Unrefrigerated cuts the window by 90%.
Updated the first Monday of every month.
How we source every ingredient
What happens with a bad batch
What a bottle actually costs us to make
What we do if we're late
Why you can see every recipe
Who owns the company
What we don't do
Radical transparency as a growth strategy isn't something we invented. Three companies we read about carefully when we were thinking this through:
- EverlaneFashion
Publishes factory addresses, per-garment cost breakdowns, and typical markup. Grew to $100M+ with almost no traditional advertising.
- BufferTech
Publishes every employee's salary, the formula behind it, and company revenue live. Receives 50,000+ applications a year.
- PatagoniaOutdoor apparel
Full supply-chain maps, environmental impact data, and public 'don't buy this if you don't need it' campaigns. One of the most trusted brands on earth.
Transparency isn't our marketing strategy. It's the only business model that lets us claim what we claim.
See it before you subscribe.
Everything we publish here is what you taste in the bottle. Seven mornings, no card on file — the transparency extends to the trial.
