BP Balance
Beetroot, celery, bottle gourd, coriander, lemon. Four blood pressure pathways.
Ingredient
---
Beetroot
Celery
Bottle Gourd
Coriander
Lemon
Why this combination
Four independent BP-reduction mechanisms: beetroot nitrates (vasodilation), celery 3nB (arterial relaxation), bottle gourd potassium (electrolyte balance), and coriander (diuretic + calcium channel blocker). Combined theoretical reduction: 8–13 mmHg systolic — comparable to a single antihypertensive medication.
Morning on empty stomach — consistent daily timing is critical. Do NOT use antibacterial mouthwash before drinking. Monitor BP after 2 weeks of daily use.
“Earthy-sweet beetroot, mild green celery and bottle gourd, herbaceous coriander, citrus brightness. Less sweet than Beet Boost (no carrot). Serious health flavour.”
