Diabetes Care
Bitter gourd, snake gourd, curry leaves, ginger, lemon. Three anti-diabetic pathways.
Why this combination
Three independent anti-diabetic mechanisms: bitter gourd’s polypeptide-P mimics insulin, snake gourd’s flavonoids inhibit alpha-glucosidase (slowing glucose absorption), and curry leaves’ carbazole alkaloids stimulate insulin secretion. Snake gourd provides hydrating base (94% water). Lemon makes the bitter gourd palatable.
30 minutes before your largest meal. Start with 30–50ml and increase gradually. Monitor blood sugar after 2 weeks of daily use.
“Intensely bitter. This is a therapeutic recipe, not a flavour recipe. Lemon and ginger help but it’s still strong. Loyal diabetic customers value the bitterness.”
