Why this combination
The lowest-calorie recipe: 28 kcal for 250ml. Three ultra-hydrating gourds (all 96% water) create an electrolyte-rich base more effective than plain water. Ash gourd is Ayurveda’s medhya rasayana — a cognitive tonic. Mint’s menthol activates TRPM8 cold receptors for genuine cooling. This is the recipe for Hyderabad summers.
Any time — before breakfast, mid-afternoon, or before bed. The only recipe suitable for evening consumption. 2× daily in summer for hydration.
“Almost nothing — clean, faintly sweet water with a gentle mint finish. The ‘water+’ experience for customers who want health without strong flavour.”
