The science behind the blend
Why this combination
No fermentation step on our side — the ACV is already alive. We stir in grated ginger and a spoon of raw honey, let it sit an hour for the flavours to meet, then bottle. The simplest 'fermented' drink you can serve: three ingredients, no equipment, no waiting.

On an empty stomach, first thing. Once a day, not more.
