Process · one morning, in five acts

Before you wake up.

Every bottle we deliver is assembled in the same four-hour window — and every step is the same every day. Here's what happens between 3:30 AM and the moment your bottle reaches your door.

03:30Step 01

The market

Produce from Bowenpally selected by hand — smaller beetroots, sweeter carrots, amla from Anantapur.

04:00Step 02

Cold press

Hydraulic press at low rpm. No heat, no oxidation. Each blend recipe-standardised to the gram.

05:30Step 03

Seal & label

Glass bottles sealed immediately. Batch code and pressing time on every label.

06:30Step 04

On route

Riders leave the kitchen for a short, neighbourhood range. Chilled in transit, not shipped.

07:00Step 05

At your door

Your bottle arrives before breakfast. Refrigerate. Drink today.

The freshness claim

Short shelf life isn't a production failure. It's a production success.

When a bottle says “Pressed 04:17, consume by tomorrow,” you're holding evidence — visible, concrete, testable — that nothing was added to make it last longer than it naturally would. The expiry isn't a warning. It's a warranty.

Seven mornings. No commitment, no card on file. Taste what 4 AM to 7 AM actually changes.
