Terms of Service

Soma Delights is a micro-wellness brand operating out of Kukatpally, Hyderabad. We hold an FSSAI licence and produce cold-pressed 300 ml drinks, 100 ml fermented shots, and small-batch meal-prep kits fresh each morning, delivered before 7 AM across the Kukatpally, Miyapur, and Chandanagar corridor.

These terms govern your use of somadelights.com and any subscription, trial, kiosk sign-up, or purchase that flows through it. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order — but do email us at hello@somadelights.in if something here doesn't make sense. We'll explain or fix it.

A Soma Delights subscription is a recurring weekly commitment. You choose a plan (Starter, Classic, or Wellness), we produce and deliver your daily drinks for the week, and your wallet is charged at the start of each billing cycle.

What's included is specified on the /plans page at the time you sign up. We occasionally reformulate drinks when a key ingredient is unavailable — we'll always tell you in advance. Your subscription continues until you pause or cancel. There are no lock-in periods and no cancellation fees.

Prices are quoted at sign-up. We will give you at least 14 days' notice before any price change, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

We operate on a zone-based capacity model. Each delivery corridor has a maximum number of active subscriptions we can serve while maintaining quality. If your zone is at capacity, you'll be added to a waitlist — we'll notify you as soon as a slot opens.

We never silently drop or delay your order. If something prevents delivery, we tell you before 6 AM on delivery day. If a zone becomes unavailable mid-cycle due to an unforeseen event, any prepaid days are credited to your Soma Wallet.

We do not accept orders we cannot fulfill. This is non-negotiable.

We deliver Monday through Saturday, before 7 AM. The rider's contact number is shared the evening before via WhatsApp so you can coordinate if needed.

If we miss a delivery without advance notice, we credit your Soma Wallet for that day's value automatically — you do not need to request it. If the delivery address is inaccessible (gate locked, building entry restricted), we will attempt contact once. If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes, the delivery is marked unsuccessful and a credit is issued.

We do not deliver on public holidays unless notified separately.

Soma Wallet is store credit held on your account. It is issued automatically for missed deliveries, zone cancellations, and certain refund scenarios (see the refund policy at /refunds).

Wallet credit: never expires; can be applied to any future subscription or one-off order; cannot be cashed out; cannot be transferred to another account. If you cancel your subscription with a wallet balance, the balance remains available for your next subscription — it does not expire.

When Razorpay UPI AutoPay launches, wallet top-ups via UPI will be possible. We will update this section before that happens.

Skip a delivery: request by WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. No charge. No questions.

Pause a subscription: effective from the next billing cycle. Tell us how long you want to pause (minimum one week, no maximum). Your slot is held during the pause.

Cancel: effective at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fee. Any unused days in the current period (assessed as full days) are credited to your Soma Wallet. To cancel, email or WhatsApp us — we don't make you fill in a form.

All three actions are free and available to every subscriber at any time.

We guarantee best-effort delivery within our active zones. We do not guarantee delivery in circumstances outside our control: flooding, road closures, curfew, ingredient unavailability, or utility failures at our production site. In those cases, we issue Soma Wallet credit rather than charge.

We are a small-batch producer. Specific SKUs may occasionally be unavailable — for example, if a key ingredient fails quality inspection that morning. Where possible, we notify you the previous evening and offer a substitute. If you don't want a substitute, we credit the unavailable item to your wallet.

We are not liable for dissatisfaction with a drink's taste. We produce consistently, but wellness is personal — if a drink doesn't suit you, tell us and we'll work something out.

Accounts are for personal household use. You may not resell Soma Delights products purchased through a personal subscription. You may not create multiple accounts to stack trial benefits. You may not use the referral programme to generate credits without genuine referrals.

We reserve the right to close accounts that abuse the trial, referral, or skip policies. We will always contact you before closing an account, and you can appeal by replying to that message.

"Soma Delights", all product names, the website design, photography, and copy on somadelights.com are ours. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce our content — text, images, or brand assets — for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you create content featuring Soma Delights products (reviews, unboxings, recipes), you retain ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to share it with attribution. We'll always ask before using your content in paid advertising.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Before escalating to court, we ask that you contact us at hello@somadelights.in. Almost every dispute we've had has been resolved within two emails. We prefer that approach — courts are slow and expensive for both sides.
